This Week On The Safari, The Revolutionized Skincare Experience: Heyday’s, Adam Ross

The Safari is a guided tour around the retail, brand and consumer landscape. Mortimer Singer, Traub CEO, interviews the brightest and most innovative industry leaders who share how they are shaping and evolving the industry in the years to come. This week, Adam Ross joins The Safari.

"Creating a less intimidating environment is one where it then facilitates an open dialogue between esthetician and client where there are these nuggets of information and ‘aha’ moments where people learn and understand their skin from an expert so they leave Heyday feeling a lot more empowered and equipped on how to use, when to use, why to use their products to get the best out of their skin."

Adam Ross is the CEO and Founder of Heyday, a brand on a mission to cut through the noise in the skincare industry and educate clients on their unique skin, so they can put their best face forward. From 2006 to 2010 Adam was a founding member and senior Principal at Centerview Partners, a privately held advisory and private equity firm based in New York. Prior to this Adam worked in the investment banking department of UBS in London, Sydney and New York. For the past two years Adam has been working on Heyday, modernizing the facial experiences with deepened relationships. We talk about: his process of building Heyday, taking the facial out of the spa, the future developments of skincare, shifts in consumer behavior, and more.
